Yoga can increase physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being during the cancer experience.

Yoga helps us provide integrated, “whole person” approaches to recovery and healing. Yoga is meant to complement, not replace, traditional medical and psychological treatment. The goal is to empower cancer patients to deal with stress, anxiety, and depression that are common during the cancer experience. Yoga develops greater inner calm and can strengthen the immune system, enabling patients to fight their disease from a platform of greater health and well-being. Yoga can help cancer patients tap into the inner, spiritual dimension of life challenges.

Classes are taught by a certified yoga teacher/Certified Yoganurse®
