Dr. Kevin Rabii, DO

Dr. Kevin Rabii earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and cell biology at the University of California San Diego and his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s, both in New York City. During his final year of fellowship, he served as chief cardiology fellow.

Dr. Rabii is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology and has additional experience in non-invasive imaging, including coronary CT scans and cardiac MRIs. He speaks Farsi and has a working proficiency in Spanish.

He treats a variety of cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, abnormal heart rhythms and diseases of the heart valves. He also manages chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His primary clinical interests include early identification of patients at risk for cardiovascular disease, echocardiography and cardiac critical care.

Dr. Rabii’s approach to patient care is collaborative and empathetic. He works to provide patients with accurate, up-to-date information that allows them to make the best decisions regarding their health.

He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association having served as chief fellow for the ACC Young Scholars Program and as a committee member for the AHA Council on Clinical Cardiology related to Acute Cardiac Care and General Cardiology.
