Nijiera Addison, PT, DPT, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Nijiera earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and biology from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, N.J., and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She is certified in pelvic floor dry needling and has advanced training in hip preservation and differentiation of hip and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

Nijiera is a member of Memorial Hermann’s Pelvic Floor Program team, where she enjoys working with pelvic pain patients. Her primary area of interest is pelvic floor dysfunction, including stress, urge and mixed incontinence.

A member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association, Nijiera participates in the Texas Physical Therapy Association Tom Waugh Leadership Development Program.

In her free time, Nijiera enjoys weightlifting, shopping and going home to visit family, friends and her dog.
