Board-Certified Family Medicine Physicians Tiffany L. Albritton, MD, and Peter C. Kwan, MD, have joined Memorial Hermann Medical Group-Sugar Land.
The physicians are located in the same professional office building as Memorial Hermann Medical Group physicians Neetee N. Gadgil, DO, board-certified in family medicine, and Colleen G. Lance, MD, board certified in internal medicine and sleep medicine.

"As well-respected physicians who practice in Sugar Land, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in family medicine to our growing medical group."

Dr. Albritton graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and focuses on family practice and weight management. A Texas native, Dr. Albritton also speaks to community groups on weight management and teen health issues.
Dr. Kwan graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, focuses on family medicine and is fluent in Cantonese. He is a clinical assistant professor of family medicine at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.
A resident of Sugar Land for more than 20 years, Dr. Kwan was named Physician of the Year in 2004 by the Memorial Hermann Health System. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Kwan has volunteered in medical missions in Mexico, Central America and China. He has served as the medicine director of the Texas Lions Camp for Diabetic Children since 1989.
Dr. Albritton and Dr. Kwan previously were employed by Family Practice Associates in Sugar Land and are now employed by Memorial Hermann Medical Group.
