What is Everyday Well?

A totally new approach to managing your health Everyday Well is designed around you and your family and connects you with everything you need for living well and staying well. And it’s all delivered on your terms, on your schedule and at your convenience. Everyday Well answers common needs like expanded access to primary care physicians, extended hours for urgent care visits and easily accessible 24-hour ERs, as well as innovations like pediatric house calls from nurse practitioners and new video consultations with board-certified physicians. Everyday Well also includes online appointment scheduling, patient portals and apps that streamline and simplify access to care.

What is the Everyday Well app?

The Everyday Well personalized web application allows you to manage your health and your family’s health. Schedule an appointment, check lab results, pay your bill, request a refill, send a message to your doctor – all with just a click. Everyday Well can be accessed anytime, anywhere and on any device. With Everyday Well, you can take control of your health by:

  • Creating a profile
  • Scheduling an appointment
  • Paying your hospital or ambulatory bill
  • Accessing your medical record
  • Viewing insurance claims*
  • Finding an affiliated physician or facility

How do I sign up for Everyday Well?

Whether scheduling an appointment, checking-in, or checking-out, simply provide the front check-in person with your email address so that we may communicate with you electronically and enroll you in Everyday Well.

What features are available on Everyday Well?

Through your browser on a computer, tablet, or smart-phone, you can:

  • See a summary of your health record
  • View your hospital, emergency center or clinic summary per visit
  • View your lab results
  • Schedule appointments online through ScheduleNow
  • Request a medication refill
  • Send a message to your healthcare provider
  • Access online bill pay for your convenience
  • And more!

What if I didn't receive my invitation email?

Please check your spam or junk mail folders in your email account. If you still cannot find it, simply contact your Memorial Hermann Medical Group clinic to verify your email address.

How do I complete enrollment?

Be sure to check the email account you were provided during enrollment. You will receive instructions in an email invitation within 24 hours of enrolling.

  • Simply click on the link provided in the email to verify your personal information. The link typically expires within 90 days.
  • You will be asked to create a username and password to setup your account. Please store this information in a safe place. The username and password will be required each time you login to the portal.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Retrieving your password can be performed online.

  • When attempting to login, simply click on "Forgot Password."
  • Type in your email address and the words displayed for verification.
  • Upon successful verification, you will receive an email containing a link and a few steps to reset the password. The password can be reset within 1 hour of receiving the email.

How do I find my health information?

A summary of your basic demographics, medications, immunizations, allergies, health issues (known as problems), lab results, procedures and vital signs per each visit with Memorial Hermann that can be downloaded and sent to another provider or third party.

What type of health information is displayed in the "Medical Records"?

The following information is displayed as recorded by your last visit with Memorial Hermann:

  • Medications
  • Immunizations
  • Current Allergies
  • Health Issues
  • Lab Results (limited to Chemistry, Hematology, Urine & Stool, Immunology, Tumor Markers, and Body Fluids)
  • Performed Procedures
  • Documents (hospital or emergency discharge information such as patient education material)
  • Visit Care Summaries

What is a Visit Care Summary?

A summary of your basic demographics, medications, immunizations, allergies, health issues (known as problems), lab results, procedures and vital signs per each visit with Memorial Hermann that can be downloaded and sent to another provider or third party.

Why can't I see my full historical medical record?

Over time we have been able to use new tools to store patient reports in our computer systems. Older records were not stored in a computer system. For this reason, Everyday Well will have less detail. If you have had a recent visit to our hospitals, you will see more detail in your patient reports.

What if I have a clinical question?

Please contact your health provider or hospital at which you had treatment or services performed to verify information and receive clarification. You may visit Find a Doctor to see a listing of all providers and hospitals.

What if my health information is inaccurate?

An Amendment form can be completed for changes by visiting our Release of Information FAQ for further instructions.

What if I would like a hard copy of my full record?

A full copy of your entire medical record can be accessed by contacting our Release of Information.

How is my information protected?

Your health information is protected by State and Federal laws. In addition, Everyday Well uses the latest security technology to keep your Medical Records safe.

Who has access to my online health information?

Only you can have access to your health information. You may grant permission to a caregiver or family member to also view your information.

How do I know who has viewed my health information?

When logged into the portal, hover over the settings icon in the top right corner. You will notice an option to "Access Logs." When clicked on, you will see a detailed account of what was accessed, when, and by whom. These logs are made available due to Federal guidelines related to "Meaningful Use."

How much does it cost to obtain access to Everyday Well?

Access to Everyday Well is a free service for patients and health consumers.

How do I deactivate my account?

If you choose to deactivate your online account, simply contact 1 (877) 621-8014.

What is Cerner or CernerHealth?

Cerner is Memorial Hermann's trusted IT partner to deliver your health information online.

What health information can I download?

You may download any files located in the "Documents" section of the portal. In addition, you may download a visit care summary in the "Download" section of the portal. These files typically become available upon any hospital or emergency visit discharge.

Who do I call for help if I have an issue?

If you experience an issue logging into your account or have other technical issues, please contact your Memorial Hermann Medical Group clinic.
