Dr. Dustin Agan graduated from Texas Tech University School of Medicine and completed his fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at St. Vincent Hospital’s Department of Cardiovascular Disease. From a young age, Dr. Agan knew he wanted to be a physician and make his late father proud. With training in the latest technology, Dr. Agan sees patients for a variety of conditions including evaluation of chest pain, basic arrhythmias, coronary and peripheral artery disease, valvular heart disease, and congestive heart failure.
Dr. Amilcar Avendano is board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiology and internal medicine. He completed his internship, residency in internal medicine and fellowship training in interventional cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Avedano speaks Spanish and sees patients 18 and older. His clinical interests are pacemaker placement, catheterization and peripheral angioplasty, coronary and peripheral stents, and echocardiography.
Dr. Scott Bassett completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships both in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he served as chief interventional cardiology fellow. With cutting-edge training in the latest technology, Dr. Bassett sees patients 18 and older. Board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, he treats a variety of conditions including coronary and peripheral artery disease, valvular heart disease including advanced aortic stenosis, heart failure, and basic arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter.
Dr. Gustavo Grieco is board certified as an internal medicine specialist with a sub- specialization in cardiology. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati (Ohio) and did fellowship training in interventional cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. A member of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Grieco speaks Spanish and treats patients 18 and older.
Dr. Hajin Lim is board certified in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine. He earned his medical degree and completed an internship and fellowship in cardiology at Seoul National University College of Medicine in South Korea. He completed a second residency and fellowship in cardiology at State University of New York Health Sciences in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Lim speaks Korean. His areas of clinical interest are coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, invasive and general cardiology, and nuclear and preventive medicine.
Dr. Lim graduated, magna cum laude, from Seoul National University College of Medicine in Seoul, South Korea. He completed his internship training in medicine and fellowship in cardiology at Seoul National University Hospital in Seoul, Korea. Additionally, he completed his residency in medicine and another fellowship in cardiology at State University of New York Health Sciences in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Giridhar Vedala is a board certified Noninvasive Cardiologist treating patients ages 13 and older. Dr. Vedala attended Pennsylvania State University for undergraduate studies and earned his medical degree from the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
A graduate of Clemson University and The University of Texas Health Science Center, Emma Bryant, M.S.N., RN, FNP-C is board certified as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner. She is committed to providing quality care and fostering a partnership with her patients. Bryant sees adults for a variety of conditions including high blood pressure, heart palpitations, heart failure, and heart attacks.
Jan Jeansonne, MS, RN, FNP-C is licensed and board certified as an advanced practice registered nurse. A graduate of Texas Woman’s University, she holds a degree as a family nurse practitioner. She is highly experienced in critical and emergency room care with expertise in serving the complex needs of cardiology patients. She makes it a point to listen carefully to her patients and help them create their long-term health plans.
