After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas, Dr. Chris Simpson received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. He went on to complete his family medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. As a child, Dr. Simpson knew he wanted to become a physician and help heal people after watching his mother suffer from a tragic injury.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Simpson treats patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatric. He provides services for a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions including, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, annual physical exams, cold and flu and more. Dr. Simpson’s clinical interests include wellness and preventive care for children, women and men.
Patients in League City and the surrounding communities enjoy his friendly, warm and respectful approach to care. His welcoming smile and genuine concern for his patient’s well-being during all of life’s stages help create a comfortable patient care experience.
Dr. Simpson enjoys building lasting relationships with his patients and helping them select the best medical plan for their current lifestyle. As a husband and father, he understands the stress of balancing work and family; he hopes he can help all his patients reach optimal health while taking their everyday life into consideration.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
