After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas – Pan American in Edinburg, Texas, Andrea Lee, MD, received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land, Texas.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Lee treats patients ages 6 and older. She provides annual physical exams and treats a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, such as cold and flu symptoms, diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. Her clinical interests include treating geriatric patients for conditions including cancer prevention, osteoporosis and arthritis.
Growing up in South Texas provided Dr. Lee with the opportunity to witness the difficulty many had when trying to obtain health care; this experience has driven her to advocate for the health of all people. Dr. Lee’s goal is to be an asset to her community and help guide her patients to healthier lifestyles.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, church activities, visiting museums and parks with her children, and traveling.
