General Information

Memorial Hermann Medical Group ConocoPhillips is a full-service primary care clinic serving ConocoPhillips, Enbridge and McDermott campus personnel. Access to one-on-one physical therapy is also offered onsite with a prescription. The onsite clinic provides a convenient and affordable option for medical care. Memorial Hermann maintains the privacy and confidentiality of your personal health information in compliance with all state and federal laws. Personal health information will not be shared with your employers.

Our ConocoPhillips clinic will serve our campus personnel, former employees, and their dependents. Family members need to be registered with site security by a ConocoPhillips employee/contractor once an appointment has been made.

Clinic will be closed for lunch from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.

Physical Therapy

One-on-one physical therpay is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. - 4.pm. and may treat the following:

• Low back pain
• Sciatica
• Chronic pain
• Carpal tunnel syndrome/hand numbness
• Plantar fasciitis
• Knee pain
• Shoulder pain
• Shoulder pain

Referrals

At ConocoPhillips, the health and wellbeing of our employees and your families is a top priority. Our commitment to you includes improving your access to the healthcare resources you need to be well and stay well. To assist you in finding physicians and services, we have partnered with Memorial Hermann to introduce the ConocoPhillips Healthcare Referral Center.

A component of the ConocoPhillips Healthcare Referral Center is a dedicated telephone line that has been created exclusively to serve ConocoPhilips employees and their dependents. When you call (713) CP2-1555, you can speak directly with specially trained operators from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. These Referral Center Specialists are equipped to provide expert referral and information, including:

• Referrals to primary care and specialty physicians, with immediate transfer to the physician's office (during office hours)
• Streamlined appointment scheduling for Memorial Hermann services and facilities
• Simplified registration for Memorial Hermann classes and events
• Locations, hours and directions to Memorial Hermann facilities
