Based on CDC guidelines, if you answer yes to any of the questions below or believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, Memorial Hermann recommends you self-quarantine at home for at least 14 days and consult with a healthcare provider by either calling our contact center at 832-658-6464 or visiting with a Virtual Care Provider.
For severe symptoms, call ahead to your local Emergency Center prior to arriving or dial 911 if you need emergency care and please call ahead before visiting one of our clinics.
Updated Visitor Policy: Currently, Memorial Hermann Medical Group is functioning under a restricted visitor policy. We ask that you avoid bringing any visitors (including children) with you. However, if you have a special need, only one guardian or individual may accompany you. If you cannot follow the visitor policy, the appointment will be scheduled as a virtual visit. In addition, all visitors and patients will be asked to complete a screening questionnaire and will be asked to wear a mask upon entering the clinic. If you are unable to follow the mask policy or if you are screened out, we will not be able to see you in person. We are adhering to these policies because we remain committed to protecting the safety of our patients and our employees during these difficult times.
Your health has never been more essential. Memorial Hermann Medical Group has put new Safe Wait™ measures in place to protect everyone, which enforce social distancing and other safeguards. Whether you opt to see your doctor in person or through a Virtual Office Visit, you can feel good about staying healthy.Learn More
